Given my abysmal sense of direction (something you, as my father, are quite familiar with), I didn't ever want to head off on my own, for fear of winding up in Switzerland. But the good skiing, I think, was there. It just needed discovering.<BR/><BR/>Anyway, were I to have found it, I would have had the best of both worlds -- that is challenging skiing AND beautiful scenery. And that would have been wonderful. So I think, in conclusion, I prefer the European style of ski resort, but with the American style of skiing.<BR/><BR/>Does that make sense?Nathan J.
